Job Description
Pega Technical Project Manager (PM) acts as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, leading end-to-end Pega project delivery while ensuring technical, architectural, and quality standards (e.g., guardrails) are met. Responsibilities include managing Agile/Scrum processes, handling risk mitigation, driving design decisions, and overseeing implementation to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Drive architectural solutions, ensure adherence to Pega best practices, and guide engineers in technical requirements.
- Project Management: Define scope, manage budgets, create detailed project schedules, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
