Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Test Lead to lead testing activities for PEGA-based applications across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. The role involves defining test strategy, managing test teams, coordinating with PEGA developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define end-to-end test strategy for PEGA applications.
Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities.
Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge
Manage and mentor a team of PEGA testers.
Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned to PEGA rules, flows, and case lifecycles.
Ensure testing coverage for:
Case management
Business rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees)
UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
Integrations (SOAP/REST, MQ, DB)
Coordinate with PEGA developers, architects, product owners, and business users.
