Based in Klang, they are on the lookout for a Plant Engineering Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining plant facilities and utilities equipment to overlook the whole plant and ensure that it is being well-maintained constantly.Your new role:-

Maintenance Management: Lead and manage corrective and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain data on equipment performance to establish a performance database and monitor deviations.

Performance Improvement: Identify root causes of performance issues and implement improvement actions to enhance equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
