Trillium is now hiring Metal Building Erector Foreman in Abilene, TX!!

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew on a fast-paced Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) project. This is a temporary position for the duration of a two-month project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and highly skilled in steel erection, wall sheeting, and standing seam metal roof systems. Will be laying out work for crews, able to read blueprints, work on tools in a man basket in teams of 2. Will be working Monday - Saturday, 50-58 hours per week for 2 months+.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a crew in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings

-Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure quality control

-Interpret blueprints and erection drawings

-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
