Penang FP&A Leader

Altera Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Financial Controller to lead financial planning, cost control, and inventory management for our Penang operations. This role will oversee the local finance team and partner closely with operations, supply chain, and regional/global finance stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive annual operating plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning with Penang finance team. Provide timely and insightful financial analysis, including cost trends, margin analysis, and operational KPIs. Partner with operations and supply chain to support business decisions with fact-based financial insights.
