Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a short virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. Qualify and handle hiring needs transmitted by managers.
Source and directly approach candidates on job boards and social networks.
Build a strong candidate pipeline and network.
Optimize job offer content for better candidate engagement.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Fluent in English and Italian .
A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules.
