People Advisor – Join Our Clients People Team

k.This is based in an international law firm In Birmingham City Centre, full time, offering a salary of £35k per annum on a 6 month FTC!Key Responsibilities for the role•Provide day-to-day HR advice and support
• Respond to policy and general HR queries
• Work with the Employee Relations team on cases such as probation, capability, absence, lifestyle requests and fixed-term contract endings
• Give clear, accurate guidance to stakeholders across the business
• Manage queries from start to finish, keeping stakeholders updated
• Meet SLAs and maintain high-quality service
• Support our international offices when needed
• Work on a variety of tasks and projects
• Provide general admin support where requiredSkills & Experience
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR systems (e.g. SAP)
