Are you our new People Advisor and a key support partner for our managers within sick leave management and payroll?

In the role of People Advisor, you will be an operational and important support resource for our managers. You will work proactively across large parts of the HR and payroll disciplines. The scope of responsibilities is broad, and you will work with management support, payroll activities, and follow-up of sick leave. You will act as an advisor and sparring partner for managers in HR- and payroll-related matters, and support and develop managers in their work related to sick leave management.

You will spend a significant portion of your time following up on employee cases, providing guidance in and use of HR systems, and managing sick leave, time registration, and leaves of absence.
