People Analytics Manager

Overview

We are seeking a People Analytics Manager to drive strategic insights and improve our people analytics capabilities across the DFI Group. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will support all markets across Asia, working closely with People & Culture (P&C) teams to deliver analytics that create business impact. Your focus will be on enhancing dashboards and reports, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring our people analytics are aligned with organisational business goals and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver actionable people analytics that directly support business strategy. Identify trends and patterns in workforce data that inform decisions on talent, retention, and organizational planning
• Evaluate and enhance existing dashboards and reports. Improve data quality, visualization clarity, and user experience to ensure stakeholders can easily access and understand key metrics
