Position Overview and Objective
This role enhances team efficiency and excellence by supporting transactional processes for the People Partner team. Will be an integral part of the Human Resources team responsible for partnering with business, employees, and key stakeholders to provide day to day HR support that will help the business execute against desired results.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Partner with the Manager of People on overall HR transactional processes, strategies and projects.
Support data management activities within the scope of established procedures.
Create and maintain documentation for internal use related to employment and compliance.
Utilize desktop application knowledge to assist other team members with project deliverables.
