Job Purpose

Serve as the People Business Partner for multiple countries within Southeast Asia (including but not limited to the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea); partnering with business leaders to develop and align people strategies and objectives that support business goals and deliver results. Oversee the implementation and delivery of global initiatives at the country level.
