The People team are responsible for all aspects of the candidate and employee experience across eBay. We drive business performance, recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits, people experience shared services, and people tools and technologies – and oversee the continuing evolution of the company's culture.

The People Business Partner (PBP) role at eBay is aligned to support Vice Presidents and or specific organizations that require dedicated hands on support to manage, grow/scale their business. PBP's bring expertise and problem-solving skills to engage with business leaders, diagnose needs, and use broad experience to help to solve some of their most important business challenges.
