People Business Partner

The People Business Partner (PBP) supports leaders and employees across our Technology, Product, and Finance teams by providing consistent, practical people partnership. This role focuses on day to day HR support, manager guidance, and delivery of People & Culture programs and projects. This is a hands on role suited to someone who has previously worked as a PBP and is comfortable operating independently within established frameworks, while escalating more complex or strategic matters as needed.

Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within assigned teams. Provide guidance to managers on core people topics such as performance management, feedback conversations, role changes, and employee concerns.

Support employee relations matters including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and exits, in partnership with the VP of P&C.
