What's the role? We're looking for a People Cloud Systems Lead to help shape the future of HR technology at Westpac. If you enjoy solving complex system challenges, partnering with stakeholders, and driving improvement across HR platforms, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. In this role, you will support the strategic direction and day to day optimisation of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. You'll work closely with HR and Technology teams to make sure the platform delivers a seamless employee experience and strong HR data foundations.
