People Consultant (Fixed Term Contract)

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
+ Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
+ Experience coaching and mentoring others.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
