Job Description:

People and Culture Administrator

Location: Hyderabad, India Division: People and Culture Reports to: P&C Program Manager Employment Type: New Role


Introduction to the Role:

The People and Culture Administrator provide essential operational and administrative support across the People & Culture function. This role supports activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including HR processes, systems administration, data management, audit support, and project coordination. The position works closely with multiple HR teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant People & Culture operations.


Position Summary:

The People and Culture Administrator support day-to-day People & Culture operations by maintaining HR documentation and systems, supporting audits and reporting, assisting with recruitment and employee data administration, and providing general administrative support to HR Business Partners and specialist teams. The role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and smooth execution of HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Process, Systems, and Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain and update key HR documentation, processes, and internal intranet content
  • Support position management processes across Visy
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives within the People & Culture team
  • Provide administrative support to the P&C Program Manager for ongoing projects


Reward Function Support:

  • HR documentation and intranet content remain accurate and up to date
  • Smooth and effective daily position management processing
  • Timely and accurate administrative support for People & Culture projects
  • Support data collection and coordination for annual internal and external audits
  • Prepare ad hoc Excel-based reports to support proposals and analysis


Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Accurate preparation of internal and external audit data
  • Timely and well-formatted reports provided as required
  • Provide administration support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support People systems administration related to recruitment activities


HR Business Partner Support:

  • Consistent use of systems and processes in line with Visy operating procedures
  • Prepare bulk HR data and reports
  • Respond to basic employee queries
  • Provide general HR administrative support
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records


Industrial Relations Support:

  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Positive customer service feedback
  • Effective use of spreadsheets and HR systems
  • Provide administrative support and reporting for Employee Relations activities as required


Other Responsibilities

Key Relationships:

  • Compliance with standard Visy processes and systems
  • Timely delivery of reports and administrative support
  • Perform additional duties as directed to support the People & Culture function

Mandatory:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in any setting
