Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused People & Culture Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture (HR) function across our three distinct brands. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate record-keeping, and a positive employee experience.
The People & Culture Administrator will report to the Director of People & Culture and works closely with leaders across the organization, providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Records

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employment changes
