Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively partner with people leaders to create an amazing employee experience for their Fulfillment Centre team members at all sites.
  • Provide advice to leaders on team matters including IR/ER, policy, legislation and people issues.
  • Partner with the business to ensure the growth of people leaders, with a focus on performance, development and coaching.
  • Support the execution of the cyclical P&C activities for the FC’s collaborating with leaders to educate, coach and deliver on requirements.
  • Contribute to the action planning and implementation of strategies to embed their values-based culture to engage and inspire the team
  • Manage organisational change effectively, ensuring all business changes are well considered, carefully planned and effectively implemented

  • About You
  • 3-5 years demonstrated operational HR Generalist experience.
  • Solid IR/ER experience.
