Job Description
As a key member of the People & Culture Platforms team, this role supports business analysis activities across P&C technology initiatives, including assessing current and future state processes, designing improved workflows, and producing clear documentation. Working closely with stakeholders, the P&C Business Analyst identifies business needs and translates them into system requirements that enhance the experience of employees, people leaders, and P&C teams.
In this role, you’ll apply strong communication and technical skills to translate people‑experience needs into effective processes, documentation, and solutions. You will analyse how technology-supported processes can be optimised or further automated by collaborating with P&C teams, and you’ll contribute to testing and implementation to ensure outcomes align with stakeholder expectations.
