Job Description
As the People & Culture Manager for Mercure & ibis Perth, you will play a key role in driving the Hotel’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring that all people and culture functions align with Accor’s values, policies, and operational goals.
You will oversee all aspects of the employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting leaders through effective coaching and performance management frameworks. With a strong focus on employee and industrial relations, you will ensure compliance with legislation, manage grievance and disciplinary processes, and cultivate an environment built on respect, engagement, and wellbeing.
