This is a fantastic opportunity to become the first dedicated HR presence in a scaling organisation with ambitious growth plans, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both the people strategy and day-to-day HR operations.

The Opportunity

As People & Culture Manager, you'll be responsible for embedding robust HR practices, policies and procedures, building strong foundations that will support continued growth. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO, Head of Operations and Head of Finance, acting as a trusted partner and advisor across the business.
