Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and reporting support across core people programs and processes, including the annual Remuneration Review (0.5), WGEA reporting, and other cyclical HR lifecycle activities.
  • Partner closely with the PP&T and CE&PO teams to prepare, validate, and analyse data that supports key decision-making across remuneration, diversity, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
  • Build and maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and data sets that inform business insights across headcount, turnover, engagement, and other workforce metrics.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable processes and templates for cyclical data activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
