Job Description

As our People Data and Systems Solutions Administrator, you’ll help shape how our People systems support the organisation, bringing together collaboration, system configuration and continuous improvement at the intersection of people, technology and delivery. This role is focused on coordinating, improving and optimising our HR management system (SAP SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance (EmpLive) platforms so they continue to meet evolving business needs.

Acting as a central point of connection across the People program, Information Management, and external vendors, you’ll help support, prioritise and coordinate system activities across multiple modules including upgrades, enhancements, new functionality, configuration and issue resolution. You’ll bring a strong technical understanding of HR systems alongside the ability to translate business challenges into practical system solutions.
