Numerator is looking for an exceptional People & Development Specialist (LATAM), reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Development & Experience, to join our team The People Development Specialist will support the administration of coordinating, tracking, reporting, and compliance for learning and training initiatives in the LATAM region, as well as in Spain and Portugal. This role will also help support the development and expansion of learning programs in the LATAM region. The People Development Specialist (LATAM) should display a solid customer service orientation, an interest in coordinating and facilitating training programs, and must be fluent in Spanish.
