The Role
, you will be driving People innovation through people and technology, by blending strategic planning with tactical execution. This role involves identifying and analyzing strategic People opportunities for value creation (profitability, growth, productivity, experience), defining requirements for new People initiatives and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of initiatives that align with People strategic goals.
Elicit, document and prioritize detailed business (and technical) requirements from stakeholders translating them into clear user stories, process flows, business cases and more, including for latest People technology Partner to research, develop feasibility, socialize, get funding and govern the People Roadmap and the People AI Roadmap Partner to facilitate Studies covering Art of the Possible, requirements gathering, Fit/ Gap analysis, vendor RFI, RFP, assessment, recommendation and selection processes Review and input into Professional Services and Vendor MSA, Sales Orders and Scopes of Work with consultants and vendors Review and input into capital investment funding submissions to various funding Boards (Venture Board, Capital Allocation Committee, Capital Appraisal Council): Tell a compelling story to engage audience:in writing (PowerPoint, Word, Team posts) of the Why, What, How, Who and How Much, and case for transformation, innovation and change. Develop high quality business presentations effectively conveying information, ideas and messages for the audience and stakeholders in a clear, engaging and persuasive manner (including for executives)verbally, present to a variety of stakeholders to build awareness and engagement with various projects and initiatives and act as champion, again in a clear, engaging and persuasive manner Perform data analysis to support decision-making:Develop, collate, detailed cost inputs, including labour and non-labour components for Project and Business-as-usual costsDevelop, collate and define detailed benefits inputs, assumptions and modelling and tell a story with these for project fundingTrack benefits measurement and compliance Facilitate, scope and develop detailed implementation plans for projects and initiatives:Define and outline objectives, deliverables, task of projectDevelop and maintain detailed timeline with sequence of activities, milestones and deadlines to complete projectExecute project plans by coordinating others, managing timelines, monitoring progress Coordinate multiple projects or initiatives, like People AI Roadmap, Copilot Acceleration Program, People Projects Playbook, Enterprise AI Literacy Program, Roadmap Governance, Self-Service Adoption Dashboard and Change program Partner effectively with:People, Finance, Digital, Shared Services, Transformation Management office, Operations, Sales, Growth and more to ensure People Digital Roadmap drives/ aligns/ intersects with other Worley functions RoadmapsConsultants and vendors Research, author and share thought leadership on emerging People strategy and People technology trends, providing recommendations and insights and facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices to other teams Maintain and update the Roadmaps and associated artefacts (. Murals, master spreadsheets) About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
Analytical and critical thinking: strong ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate and identify root causes and provide actionable, data-driven insights Communication skills with ability to engage, influence/ persuade and connect with others at all levels and build positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely and in particular with both functional and technical team members Ability to tell a compelling story in writing (in email, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and verbally to engage audience and communicate messages effectively Business acumen with capability to understand and interpret business drivers and dynamics Capability to develop, communicate and manage technology roadmaps that align with strategic goals Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Knowledge of organisational strategies for effective adoption and integration of AI technologies Knowledge of People (HCM) processes and systems, Shared Services desirable Knowledge and/ or experience with ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, , SuccessFactors and other Talent and Reward solutions Background in People or business strategy, transformation and innovation delivery ideally in a global or multi-national organization Ability to understand budget, project controls, benefit realization as relates to managing projects, vendors and consultant contracts Ability to use Excel expertly. Ability to use PowerBI desirable A relevant qualification/ certification in HR, Technology, Data Science, Project Management, or Change Management with a recognised professional body Hours of work will be to suit global timezones, to be managed effectively by incumbent to meet key accountabilities Locations: India Can work from home and/ or local office as role requires Values and behaviors
