The Role

 

You’ll champion candidate care to elevate the overall employee experience, from first contact to onboarding, while providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Support - Support high-volume recruitment for hospitality roles, including candidate screening, coordinating trials, and processing onboarding requests.

  • Utilise proactive sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.

  • Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms.

  • Candidate Care - Champion candidate experience by ensuring consistent and engaging communication, timely feedback, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
