As a People Experience and Culture Analyst, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for all our employees by supporting our initiatives, activities, and events.

Responsibilities: Engagement: Help drive company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that reinforce employee engagement.
Meal Program Management: Lead our food benefit program (lunches and dinners) responsibly and impartially, ensuring employees comply with policies and responsibly utilize the benefit.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by facilitating training sessions and providing logistical support.
Vendor Relations: Maintain ethical and responsible relationships with various Horatio vendors.
