Job Description


As a People Experience and Culture Analyst, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for all our employees by supporting our initiatives, activities, and events. As a member of the PEC team, you are expected to reflect and uphold Horatio's culture of integrity, respect, and harmony at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Engagement: Help drive company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that reinforce employee engagement.
  • Meal Program Management: Lead our food benefit program (lunches and dinners) responsibly and impartially, ensuring employees comply with policies and responsibly utilize the benefit.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by facilitating training sessions and providing logistical support.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain ethical and responsible relationships with various Horatio vendors.
