Job Description
The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for seamless execution and support of the Americas People Experience Managers and Advisors. Their role is to ensure all systems are updated, data is accurate and that our business runs smoothly. Incumbent will need to interact with multiple systems including PeopleSoft as well various proprietary ones.
Reporting directly to a People Experience Manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the People Experience team located throughout the U.S. and Canada, the People Experience Operations Coordinator will provide the following support:
· Maintain HRIS (PeopleSoft) including but not limited to entering of onboarding, employe life cycle and offboarding transactions
