We are currently looking for a driven People Experience & Development Intern to join our team. 

📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs) 

📍 Working Model: Onsite 

 

Please note that a mandatory requirement for this role is that the internship must be funded through the ESPA Program. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the People Services & Development team, you will be exposed to the full employee experience cycle, gaining hands-on experience across key HR processes: 

 

  • Support the full onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every new joiner from day one. 
  • Prepare and manage all necessary onboarding and employment documentation, including contracts and internal guides. 
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, Procurement) to coordinate systems access and complete onboarding requirements. 
  • Act as a point of contact and support for new colleagues, addressing questions and helping them integrate into the company and its culture. 
  • Contribute to the facilitation and coordination of training and development activities. 
  • Participate in the organization and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, actions, and internal events. 
  • Support the People Experience & Development team with day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks, gaining exposure to real-life HR practices. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

 

  • University student or recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Eligibility to participate in an internship program through a university or academic institution (ESPA-funded). 
  • Strong interest in HR Operations and People Experience. 
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. 
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
