WHAT YOU’LL DO​  

Play a key role in shaping how we recognize and reward great work! We are seeking a bold, data-driven People Experience Partner who blends deep compensation and benefits expertise with strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.  

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders at the intersection of reward strategy, workforce planning, data, technology, and talent outcomes.  

You will challenge conventional thinking, influence key people decisions, and help reimagine how compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks drive engagement, productivity, and retention at scale.  

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Design, implement, and govern compensation structures, salary bands, incentive plans, and benefits aligned to business strategy 

  2. Serve as the People Experience Partner and primary point of contact for employees across assigned Tech Centers/BUs on policies, benefits, and people processes 

  3. Lead Bangalore location–specific compensation analysis, market benchmarking, pay range governance, and offer support 

  4. Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy 

  5. Own and drive annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonuses, promotions, benchmarking, and Total Compensation Planning (TCP) 

  6. Manage end-to-end benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, flexible benefits) and vendor partnerships 

  7. Lead and support change management initiatives, partnering with HRBPs and central teams across geographies 

  8. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance through close liaison with Audit, Legal, and relevant internal stakeholders 

  9. Guide managers through complex performance management cases, including assessments and performance improvement plans 

  10. Champion employee relations, engagement initiatives, and stewardship of the overall employee experience and organizational culture 

WHO YOU ARE 

Qualifications  

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant C&B/HR experience, preferably partnering with technology or engineering functions 

  • 3+ years of experience conducting internal or external investigations 

  • Master’s degree in human resources (Tier 1 preferred) 

  • Experience interpreting data and presenting information and findings. 

  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style 

  • Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong bias for action and not afraid to “roll up your sleeves” 

The Individual  

  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large complex data sets and reports 

  • Highly organized with the ability to pay persistent attention to detail 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 

  • Problem solving skills as seen through the ability to apply systems/workflow thinking to solve business issues within HR practices. 

  • Strong focus on service delivery and building relationships, both internal and external stakeholders  

  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work effectively with leadership team and team members, balance multiple work streams and meet deadlines
