Job Description
Manage the full employee lifecycle (hiring contracts payroll benefits etc.).
Keep our HR platforms and databases up to date (Flexoh Woffu Officevibe HRIS).
Build and analyze HR & Finance reports including payroll and cost data.
Selects and evaluates strategic wellbeing partners defines KPIs explores more competitive alternatives and manages relationships at a strategic level to maximize impact on both people and Finance in audits process improvements and automation.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation policies.
