Job Description
The People Experience Specialist is a key individual contributor who helps architect the everyday experiences of our people. This role focuses on experience design, engagement programs, DEIB initiatives, and foundation/CSR work—all anchored on building a connected, inclusive, and purpose-driven P&A Grant Thornton culture.
You will collaborate closely with PX POCs across practices, HRBPs, Talent Development, and our Internal Communications team. While comms production is handled by another team, you will create the concepts, briefs, and experience narratives that bring programs to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in experience mapping, culture-building, and creating meaningful moments that strengthen belonging.
