The People Experience Technology Architect is a senior, hands-on technical leader who translates business problem statements into a technical approach, ensuring we use the right technology in the right way across our HR tech stack.

This person understands platform capabilities deeply, designs end‑to‑end solutions helping execution teams, developers and partners achieve planned results consistently.

They communicate and clarify HR Experience technology strategy and intent in day‑to‑day design and delivery forums, making thoughtful decisions and tradeoffs that keep work aligned without creating bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with process owners and SMEs to gather pain points, enhancement ideas, and new use cases across the employee lifecycle.
