Job Brief

People Generalist is part of the People Team and reports directly to the People Manager. This position will run the daily functions of the People team including Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Growth, Compensations, People Care and Report processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Talents Acquisition and Recruitment processes. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Conduct employees on boarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Provide support to the team members in various Talents-related topics.
  • Promote Talents programs.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Talents policies.
  • Analyze data with useful Talents metrics.
