Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (German & English) Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with strong Enterprise outbound experience to lead our growing team across the DACH region.
As a hands-on and motivational leader, you will coach and develop a high-performing BDR team, with a strong focus on elevating outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, to drive pipeline growth and create qualified opportunities for our Sales organisation.
You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, improve lead quality, streamline processes, and empower your team with best-in-class tools and training.
