The People & Office Ops Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our People team, and Klue, running smoothly. Our goal is to create an employee experience that's seamless, connected, and true to who we are as a company. This role helps make that happen.

You'll work closely with the Sr. People Business Partner & VP People to support the day-to-day operations that keep our team effective - from onboarding new Kluebees to coordinating events and maintaining accurate data. You'll also get hands-on exposure to the projects and programs that shape our culture and employee experience.

This is a role for someone who's organized, curious, and eager to learn how great People teams operate. You'll balance execution with learning, jumping in where help is needed while building a solid foundation in HR, operations, and employee experience.
