Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented, and people‑focused People Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Barton. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years’ experience in an HR Generalist role, with strong capability across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires exceptional communication skills and professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. In this role, you will work closely with the People Managers to deliver a high‑quality, supportive, and effective people management function.
