The People Operations Analyst will play a critical role in this journey. You will support day-to-day HR operations, help establish strong local processes, and partner closely with the HR Lead, Brazil, contributing to both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution. This role is essential to shaping a consistent, high-quality employee experience and strengthening DoorDash’s position as an employer of choice in Brazil.
