People Operations Assistant — New Opportunity

We’re supporting a partner company in finding a People Operations Assistant to support day-to-day people and administrative processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented , and interested in building experience in HR / People Operations within a growing team.

What you’ll be working on

• Supporting daily People Operations and HR activities

• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintaining employee records and internal documentation

• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications

• Supporting recruitment and interview coordination

• Helping ensure policies and processes are followed accurately

What we’re looking for

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Interest in HR, People Operations, or Office Administration
