Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a People Operations Assistant. The assistant will support human resources operations by managing employee documentation, maintaining systems and records, and assisting in benefits administration. Responsibilities include providing support for HR processes, assisting with onboarding and training, and collaborating with HR management to ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge and experience in Benefits Administration processes
  • Ability to assist in Training and employee development programs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and HR laws is a plus
