With 0 - 2 years of experience in HR operations, you have a solid foundation in managing the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding through offboarding. Your experience with HRIS systems, ServiceNow, particularly SuccessFactors or similar tools, equips you with the skills to handle complex employee data and processes.
