As People Operations Associate you will be responsible for: 

• Delivery of a seamless and welcoming experience for new joiners, setting the tone for their journey at Interpath. Managing employee records and HR systems with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy. 

• Partnering with People Business Partners to identify and implement process improvements that make a real difference.
