About the Role Paradromics is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to play a critical, hands-on role supporting both Recruiting Operations (50%) and People Operations (50%) .

This is a highly visible position that sits at the center of the employee and candidate experience—ensuring operational excellence, exceptional service, and seamless coordination across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, brings extreme attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and employees alike.

You will be the operational glue during hiring sprints and a trusted execution partner across People Operations.

This position is based full-time in our Austin office .
