<p>Job Summary<br/><br/>To design, implement, and manage the "engine room" of the people's lifecycle. You will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure while ensuring 100% Lead the HR Operations function end-to-end - Onboarding, Insurance, PF, compliance, Internal Audit, Documentation and filing, Compensation and benefits, Policies, and SOPs<br/><br/>- Responsible for onboarding new hires across various Business Units and ensuring excellent experience throughout the pre, on-the-day, and post-joining period<br/><br/>- Ensure regular and timely renewal of the Insurance plan. Manage employee updations and timely processing of claims.
