Role: People Operations Lead (Senior Manager)
Bangalore | On-site | Fast-Growing Saa S + Inside Sales Environment
We are looking for a strong, execution-driven People Operations Lead (Senior Manager) to run HR end-to-end and build a high-performance culture for our rapidly scaling inside-sales organization (60+ reps and growing).
This is a hands-on leadership role managing Recruitment, Training, and HR Operations—while working closely with the Founder.
What You Will Own
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the Recruiting Manager, Junior Trainer, and HR Ops Executive
- Set weekly KRAs, review performance, and ensure execution discipline
- Build a strong People Ops engine that works without daily founder involvement
Talent Acquisition
- Drive high-volume Inside Sales hiring
- Improve hiring quality & 90-day retention
- Maintain a daily/weekly manpower pipeline with zero gaps
Onboarding & Induction
- Seamless joining experience, documentation, and compliance
- Structured induction + training coordination for all new hires
- Reduce drop-offs/no-shows with strong onboarding SOPs
Training Oversight
- Ensure training batches run on time
- Help design refresher trainings for low performers
- Track training effectiveness & skill gaps
HR Operations & Compliance
- Attendance, leave, punctuality, payroll inputs
- Maintain employee documentation & HRIS data
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely HR audits
Performance Management
- Run structured day cycles
- Coordinate with Sales TLs on PIP management
- Drive data-backed performance decisions
Employee Experience & Culture
- Run recognition programs, weekly huddles, and culture rituals
- Handle grievances & maintain positive floor discipline
- Reduce attrition with proactive employee engagement
Reporting to Founder
- Weekly reports on hiring, attrition, training, culture & floor insights
- Bring solutions, not just updates
- Build predictability in People Operations as we scale
Who Should Apply
- 7–10 years experience in HR (at least 3 years in a senior role)
- Experience in Inside Sales / BPO / BFSI / Ed Tech / Retail
- Strong execution mindset — on the floor daily
- Excellent communication, people management & problem-solving
- Loves structure, discipline, and fast-paced environments
