About The Role

As Sporty continues to scale globally, we are looking for a People Operations (Systems and Data) Lead to own the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our new HRIS (HiBob). This role will be responsible for ensuring our people operations systems, data, and core processes are aligned, scalable, and fit for a high‑growth global organisation. You will work closely with global People Operations leads, HR leadership, and key business stakeholders to review and standardise people processes, roll out new system modules, and ensure strong adoption across HR teams and managers. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and data, with a strong focus on enabling better people decisions through technology, automation, and insights.
