Role Overview

We're looking for a People Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our People function. This role is both an operator and a systems designer: you will own day-to-day People Ops delivery (onboarding, offboarding, data, compliance, ticketing) while also architecting the underlying workflows and automations that allow our organization to scale. You will take ownership of Rippling as our HRIS, manage key People vendors, and build the processes and infrastructure that enable a seamless, high-quality employee experience.
