People Operations Specialist

Grocery Farm is a fast-growing FMCG & D2C brand in the dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy snacking space. As we continue to scale our manufacturing and corporate teams, we’re looking for an HR Executive to strengthen people processes and day-to-day HR operations.

📍 Location: South Bangalore (On-site)

💼 Experience: 3–5 years

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Support performance reviews, HR policies, and compliance
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement
• Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance
