As a Global Compensation Specialist in our People Operations team, you will be instrumental in executing shared services processes and programs supporting compensation across all regions. This role involves handling our global compensation landscape which includes annual programs and responding to employee inquiries, ensuring a seamless employee experience by administering business-critical and people-focused programs. You will also support data management for one-time payment programs and manage general compensation inquiries.
